There are a number of important and interesting tidbits that I want to make everyone aware of at this time.

1.       We have created a position listing page on our website where our members and associate member companies can post any sort of position listing. The listings can be viewed by everyone who visits our site. Responses can be forwarded through the PPMA office or directly to a contact provided by the person making the posting.

2.       We have a new PPMA e-mail address.  It is ppma@mts.net.

3.       On January 23rd, we will be having our first “member mixer”.  Look for details of this special event on page 14.  This is an opportunity for all of our members to get together in an informal setting - no speakers, no agenda - and to have some fun together while getting to know each other better.  I look forward to everyone coming out for a good time.

4.       Suite Living 2003, our conference and trade show is off to a great start.  Almost all of the exhibitor booths are sold.  If you have not booked one yet, don’t delay, call Don Preteau today at 480-3434 to reserve yours.  The conference topics and speakers are almost all set up and promise to be very exciting and informative.  Look for a conference registration form at our January membership meeting.

5.       At our May 2003 AGM we will be electing a new board of directors.  Look for a special insert with all of the important details.

6.       Our 5th annual golf tournament is fast approaching and it promises to be our best event yet with lots of goodies for everyone involved.  Look for registration and sponsorship packages at our January membership meeting.

7.       PPMA office is closed from December 24th to January 1st.
