2002-2003 Annual Member Awards

Recognizing Members' achievements promotes professionalism in our industry and advances the high standards the PPMA aims to advocate. It is time once again to submit your nominations for our member awards.

Nomination forms can be found in the centre of this newsletter, on our website at www.ppmamanitoba.com or by request from the PPMA office.

You can nominate yourself, someone else in your company and people from other companies for each category. The categories are as follows:

Member of the Year Award: Recognizes a Member who has been enthusiastically involved in activities to help promote our industry, including; sharing their expertise, promoting professionalism in the industry, new member recruitment, attendance at monthly membership meetings and participation in Association events.

Associate Member of the Year Award: Recognizes an Associate Member who has been enthusiastically involved in activities to help promote our industry, including; sharing their expertise, promoting professionalism in the industry, new member recruitment and attendance at meetings, as well as support of our Association through meeting sponsorship, participation in Association events, newsletter advertising, etc.

Outstanding Community Service Award: Recognizes a company or individual who has become involved in their community through volunteer activities, contributions to charitable activities, and tenant relation/community activities.

Nominations for the following category are to be made by your residents. Nomination forms can be found in the centre of this newsletter, on our website at www.ppmamanitoba.com or by request from the PPMA office. They are to be placed in high traffic areas of your buildings (common areas, notice boards, etc.) and/or distributed to your residents' suites.

Resident Manager of the Year Award: Residents will be given the opportunity to tell why their Resident Manager is the best in Manitoba.

Deadline for all nomination submission is April 24, 2003. Please direct all nominations to the PPMA office by fax, e-mail or regular mail.
