
New - PPMA Standard Forms
The PPMA is proud to announce the creation of 34 standard forms for use by property owners/managers in their daily operations.
Further to an exhaustive selection process, we have compiled what we believe to be the best aspects of all forms in use by our members and have created standard forms for use exclusively by PPMA members.
These forms comply with all RTB regulations and pending Federal Privacy Legislation for informational content and are intended to insure that our members are collecting and maintaining appropriate and accurate records on their tenants. We believe the use of these forms will heighten the level of professionalism and uniformity within our industry.
The forms are available for purchase through the PPMA office at rates that our members may not have access to on their own. There is space provided on each form to insert your company logo at no extra charge (except if you desire your logo in colour) and all forms bear the PPMA and CFAA logos.
