Of the 41,155 units owned or managed by PPMA members, this report represents 12,223 units (members who returned their information by September 15th).
As you can see, in Brandon, Portage and Selkirk, the vacancy rate is essentially nil and in Winnipeg, we are only at a full 1% for a third of the year - during the summer months - which is due to the fluctuations associated with the university & college calendar year.
Next quarter’s results must be returned to the PPMA office by December 15th and will be reported in the January PPMA News.
