Of the 54,288 suites managed by the PPMA this report represents 8354 suites or 15% of our member owned/managed suites. Once again we see the vacancy rates increase slightly over the summer months, but with university starting up in the fall we can expect that they will drop back to normal levels in the fourth quarter.
Next quarter’s results must be returned to the PPMA office by December 15th, to be reported in the January 2003 PPMA News.
