We are planning some exciting and interesting courses for the fall and spring session. One of the projects the board is anxious to start is a course that is custom made for caretakers. The program would provide certification for caretaking staff and would be a course that would have 4 or 5 components. The PPMA board feel this would be a great addition to our services and would provide intensive training for caretakers. It would allow the education they need and provide a forum for networking and problem solving. After all, they are the front line staff and the people dealing with our tenants.
