Caretaker Certification Course
The PPMA Board of Directors has hired Ewanchuk & Associates to work with Laurie Socha, Education Chair, to develop a customized course for caretakers. Eileen Ewanchuk previously worked with the Manitoba Home Builders Association and developed training courses for sales agents. Both Eileen and Laurie are excited about the opportunity to create a program designed specifically for Caretakers and Property Managers.
Our first step in developing the course is to seek job descriptions from the Property Mangers. We want to identify the specific duties and then design the course outline from there. If you could provide a copy by fax or e-mail, please forward to
ewanchuk.assoc@mts.net or fax to 837-5931. Any information provided to Eileen will be held in strict confidence. Laurie will keep the members updated on the development of the course. Any information or input can be forwarded to Laurie Socha at
